RESPIRE

RESPIRE was started with the vision to provide an opportunity for women to gather and reflect on their lives holistically, to reprioritize that which matters and create from the state of presence.

 

Grounded in Systems Thinking, this program is a unique amalgamation of life coaching tools, mindfulness practices, feminine principles, productivity hacks, and cutting-edge habit formation techniques.

 

Designed to leverage the interconnected capacities of the Head, Heart, and Hands, RESPIRE offers a safe space for women to share their struggles and aspirations, using failures as the building blocks for future success.

 

By way of meeting via zoom every week, using 'circle' principles, participants can create deep connections, explore opportunities for collaboration and enrich each other with the wealth of their life experiences.

 

We are sensitive to the dynamic nature of our lives during these turbulent times and to ensure this program does not become 'additional work', participants are allowed the liberty of taking up recommended and optional assignments throughout the week, provided through WhatsApp, in between two sessions.

 

This is not a passive program. Participant success, hence, is directly correlated to the regularity of their participation and completion of tasks, which is a reflection of their commitment to success.

Systems Thinking Researcher, Circle Convenor, DEIB (Diversity, Equanimity, Inclusion, and Belongingness) Consultant, Conscious Living Coach, Workshop Leader, Writer, Changemaker, International Speaker, and mom, Namrata Arora (Nnaumrata)  is the Founder of Enactive Systems (earlier Life Beyond Motherhood) and Zemyna Foundation.

 

For over five years, Nnaumrata has been committed to applying her knowledge and skills (from her 22 years of work experience, including a corporate career in organizational learning and development), to convene 'Circles' in various settings, including a Circle for Women at the International Society for Systems Science (ISSS). 

 

She is the Founding Director and Board Member for the SCiO (India) Chapter, a member of the Weaving Lab, and has been teaching about 'Circles' to a variety of groups including the Foundation for Intentional Communities. Life Positive Magazine’s 24th Anniversary edition released in India in April 2020, named her as one of the 14 faces driving social change in India.
