Sushil Baveja
 

Sushil Baveja is a senor HR leader with nearly 38 years of experience. He has worked across the entire spectrum of HR in professionally-run Indian family business enterprises like Samtel, Dalmia, DCM Shriram and reputed multinationals like Cadbury, Gillette and Alcatel. He has worked extensively in Organisation Diagnostics, Leadership hiring & onboarding, Talent Assessment & Development, Culture Building, Performance Management, Capability Building and Employee Experience. He is an independent HR consultant empanelled with Kornferry, Kincentric, Mercer and Harappa Learning. His engagements include Talent Assessment & Leadership Development, Executive Coaching & Mentoring, Learning & Development and HR Advisory. He is also on the advisory board of SelfDrvn, an HR tech start-up headquartered in Singapore. He is also associated with the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre as a distinguished member of the Indraprastha Cancer Society.

 

Sushil has done his MBA in HR from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 1984. He has also done the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program (AHREP) from the Ross School of Business, the University of Michigan in July 2016. He has also been through quite a few courses and certifications. These include courses in Deep Coaching Intensive – Foundation by Centre for Transformational Coaching, Social and Emotional Intelligence Intensive Training by People Builders, Australia, and certifications in MBTI, PPA/DISC by Thomas Assessments and Cultural Transformation Tools by Barrett Values Centre, UK.

Sushil has been an active member of quite a few professional and industry bodies like SHRM, NHRDN, CII, ASSOCHAM and Delhi Management Association. 

 

He was conferred with the citation of the ‘Most Influential HR Leaders in India’ at the World HRD Congress held in Mumbai in February 2017. He was previously conferred with the citation of ‘100 Most Talented Global HR Leaders’ by CHRO Asia at the World HRD Congress held in Mumbai in February 2015. He was also conferred with the ‘DMA – Thomas Assessments National Award for Talent Management in the Individual Category in 2013’.
